Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
This is our favorite meatloaf recipe. Shredded cheese is the way to go for easiness, but the cheese cubes look neat when the meatloaf is sliced and somehow make it taste "cheesier" even though the amount of cheese is the same either way. I cut this recipe in half, and I also make a little indention down the middle of the meatloaf--this holds the ketchup really well and keeps me from wondering if it cooked all the way through in the middle.

Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Why in the world has this never occurred to me and/or why haven't I heard of it until now?!?! Of COURSE!!! This is the only way I'll ever make grilled cheese from now on. HOORAY! Bonus: no more squished, deformed bread from the spatula-they're perfectly square every time. Awesome.
