Hot Cocoa Mix
This was an okay place to start, however I wound up doubling the cocoa and almost doubling the sugar for it to be as sweet as we like. With those changes, it turned out okay.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
Wow!!!!!! I was a little hesitant and skeptical about this recipe because something about chicken broth and lamb didn't sound like it would be all that great. However, I was completely wrong and very glad that I was. This was one of the best ways that I've ever had or made lamb chops. The sauce is excellent and compliments the lamb rather than over powering it. Thank you for a great recipe.
