I don't cook as much as I'd like, unfortunately. I enjoy cooking, and especially baking, but when I get home at the end of the day, my boyfriend and I barely have enough time to throw something in the oven before we tear apart the cabinets searching for food. Baked ziti. :) Most of my tradition memories were centered around meat, and now that I'm a vegetarian those dishes aren't so fond... I always loved the Italian food at Thanksgiving though, my grandmom would cook for days before the family got together.
