I think this simple recipie yeilds simple returns. For our family, this was mainly for the kids - they put it together and thought it was the best thing since sliced bread! It turned out exactly the way I expected, that's why the five stars. (after reading other reviews, it will be fun to add different ingredients next time)

Loved it! I have turned to a new process for the lasagna noodles: lay hard noodles on sheet pan. Pour boiling water over to soften. Layer as usual. Works every time. I also like spinach (frozen pkg. thawed & drained) in with the ricotta mix.

Supurb! I incresed the porpotion of broth, and decreased the cream, and it was silky & delicious. Also used lemon juice instead of sherry and added shredded, cooked chicken. Perfect for the cold weather.
