Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake Cookies
absolubtly gorgeous! i used half plain chocolate chunks (bournville) and half white chocolate chips and it worked great. I also substituted the butter for a soya spread (pure)which also worked really well. I would recomend leaving the cookies on the sheet for about a minute before removing onto a cooling rack as they are less likely to break. a real hit with everyone although i didn't add nuts because my sister is allergic

Rico's Passionate Pink Honey Lemonade
i loved this recipe but for those of you who don't like the sour taste try adding a smidge of salt to the mixture - it always works for me!

Old-Fashioned Pink Lemonade
i have to say that the sugar was just far to much, i only used 1 1/2 cups and it was still very sweet. the cranberry made it 'clacky' and covered any nice lemony flavour which may heve been there. I added just a small amout of rasberry juice (juste nought to make it pink) and my family and i loved it.
