I loved this recipe and it got two thumbs up from the people in my office but next time I would only use about 3/4 of the glaze and maybe just brush it on when the loaf was on a wire rack. The glaze soaked into the loaf too much at the bottom when it was in the pan and the flavour was INTENSE in spots.
