Lemon Poppy Seed Shortbread
Love this shortbread!!!!! Will use again every year. Very kid friendly since there are not any eggs. I did use 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1/2 tablespoon of lemon extract. Lechgrti

Frozen Cranberry Salad
Good Golly, what a find. This is wonderful and so easy. I needed to find something to take to my new church for the Christmas dinner. Something easy , tasty and nice to look at. This is a keeper. I wanted to eat it before I put it in freezer. Thanks for the great recipe!!!!

Amish Bob And Andy Pie
I liked this pie. I had all the ingredients even though it was 3 days before grocery day. Baked it 15 minutes longer than advised. Great taste. Took it to church social. Really enjoyed it.
