Pleasant Pork Chops
Very good! This is a family favorite in my house! I do however suggest using SMOKED PAPRIKA, it just makes it even better!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Best PB cookies ever. Its the only PB cookies I make now. I do change it up a little. I do 1 cup PB, 1 egg, 1/2-1 tsp. vanilla, and 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/4 brown sugar. Wish I could share them with my 2 year old but she is allergic to peanut butter.

Barb's Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad
My uncle used to make something similar to this every Thanksgiving and it was always a hit and gone with in minutes. I omit the bacon, red onion, and sunflower seeds (his recipe didn't have them) and add bit sized chunks of cheddar cheese, after that its tastes exactly the same!
