I had a bbq that I needed a quick dessert for. Well I found it! This was absolutely out of this world!! I didn't have any whole oreo cookies, so I just used the oreo crumbs and butter to form the crust on the bottom. I was a little concerned because I only had light cream cheese, and light PB But it didn't matter it held up great. I told everyone it was a 'light' dessert! I should have made 2 because everyone wanted seconds! I cant wait to make this again.

I was a little unsure about this recipe, however, I was pleasantly surprised. I used a silicone brush and brushed the mayo/mustard mixture to spread it more evenly. I steamed the cauliflower less time, my family prefers a 'crispier' veg. All in all I really enjoyed it. I would certainly make it again! Thanks for the recipe.

I really liked this recipe. I didn't have any salsa the night I wanted to make it so I just added the same amount of crushed stewed tomatoes and some chili powder. It turned out great. My husband loved it. I will certainly make again. Maybe even with salsa next time!
