Dilly Cucumber Salad
I peeled the cucumbers and I only let it marinate in the vinegar mixture for 2 hours before I had to drain it. It was still good!

Chicken Chili Soup
Very good and very filling. I love the corn! This recipe could have used a lot more flavor. Next time I would add some Texas Pete Hot Sauce.
