Cream Cheese Cookie Cups
I would definitely cut back on the amount of powdered sugar, also make sure the cookie dough does not extend over muffin cup or everything sticks in the muffin pan even with cooking spray. The cream cheese filling was okay, probably better if a standard cheese cake filling was used. Not sure if I would make this again.
