It was quick and all six of us ate a serving, but not something I'm likely to make again.

Sweet-and-Sour Pork
Good, simple. I used left over cooked pork and would use 1/2 the vinegar next time. I added 1T cornstarch and used all the marinade (since my pork was already cooked) and lots more veggies.

Crab Quiche I
Fantastic! Used shrimp instead of crab, doubled it (with extra eggs as suggested as well as garlic, tabasco, seasonings) and poured it into a greased 13x9 w/o crust for 50 minutes. Thanks!
