Baked Sweet Potatoes with Raisins and Pecans

Perfect holiday side dish because it's so easy to make and delicious. I used sugar-free maple syrup to lower the calories and it still tasted great.

Tomato Curry Chicken

This was very easy to prepare and tasted great. I definetely recommend adding the cumin, and I think next time I'll add some veggies for more variety.
