Marinade for Steak I
We thought this was the best steak of the summer. I wouldn't change a thing. Like others had said, no flavor stood out so that's why it was so great. In-laws raved about it.

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole
My husband was very impressed with this recipe and said it's a keeper! I used half the amount of water and thawed, frozen meatballs. It really did taste like a sub sandwich and was very filling.

Springfield Style Cashew Chicken I
I thought the sauce was right on, but the chicken wasn't restaurant style (maybe I need a fry daddy). I was surprised by the flavor. I will make again, but will add some seasoning to the chicken batter.
