Creme Brulee
Follow Chefpeons advice, and you'll get PERFECT creme brulee!! I find that superfine sugar is best at the end before broiling/torching. This dessert comes out just as good as a five star restaraunt would serve!

French Onion Soup Gratinee
Great recipe. I found this last minute, and followed it exactly with the exception of the fresh herbs. I didn't have any on hand, so I just put a little dreid thyme and parsley in. It was fabulous!!

Biscotti
These were fabulous....great basic biscotti recipe, and nice to add lots of variations to. And ummm Veggiess, don't be critical and say 'this is Rocco DiSpirito's recipe... if you look back at the reviews, JANDEE submitted this recipe in 2000...not sure Rocco had patented his recipe ten years ago. Great reicpe JANDEE, and thanks for the submission.
