I was raised vegetarian by granola parents:) I'm a carnivore now but its very interesting learning how to cook meat with no background eating it! I still have issues touching raw steak:) I love to bake deserts! unfortunately my husband doesn't have much of a sweet tooth so i have to limit my out put a little. My favorite thing to make around the holidays are my fathers family's traditional nut-rolls. I finally convinced my grandmother to write down the recipe a few years ago, and now i get to carry on the tradition.
