I am a truck driver with my husband. He is also the cook of the family. He really should be a chef! Easy stuff! Mostly my favorite things are the recipes I learned from my mother. Mostly southern since both of my parents are from Louisiana. If it can be fried they will fry it. But they also have a lot of great recipes. My spaghetti sauce. It took 4 wasted pots to finally get the sauce to taste like it should. My husband really likes it. Trying to make a 30 minute meal recipe. It took my nearly 2 hours! I don't chop fast.
