Hearty Ham Casserole

This was good. I did add more onion and I mixed in some melted Velvetta before putting it in the oven. Then sprinkled shredded cheese on top the last 5 minutes of baking. My husband went back 3 times. Unfortunately my kids were being picky.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Very good. The only thing I might try next time is to use one can of the potato soup and one can of cream of mushroom soup. Everyone in my house cleaned their plates. I also had enough leftover to freeze for another meal!
