Garlic Prime Rib
I have used this many times with good results. The last few times i tried some dry rubs-- both from a company called Big Bubbas Rubba. I used their Chipotle rub and their Cajun rub. if you use the rubs then leave out the salt and pepper!!

Turkey in a Smoker
This was good recipe. The last time I used it I rubbed it down good with a Big Bubbas Rubba Jerk Rub-- over and under the skin. Leave off the salt if use the rub.

Slow Roasted BBQ Beef Roast
Very good. I also rubbed it first with Big Bubbas Rubba Chipotle Rub and left off all but the thyme.
