Brought this to a Christmas Eve family dinner and it was devoured within 30 minutes out of the oven. Make sure to increase the amount of filling (as much as triple) as thats what makes this dish so heavenly. The balance of sweet and savory is perfect... people were actually spooning the filling onto crackers without the cheese as they were beginning to feel guilty -watching their waistlines- about eating so much of it!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Absolutly delish! I doubled the recipe (except for the peanut butter so as not to overpower the cookies with a peanutty taste) and was able to make 3 dozen medium - large sized cookies. Due to picky co-wokers I made 1/2 without the oatmeal and then mixed in 1 Cup of Oatmeal to make the last 1/2. Brought these to work and the smell was so yummy that people were munching them for breakfast by 9am! ... they were devoured by noon :) Will make repeatedly. Not only are they scrumchious but they look the bill too!
