Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This is a recipe that I found years ago and have been making ever since. When I saw it here I had to comment on how GREAT it is. When I bring this to a party or make for friends I make it following the recipe, but I make this bread WEEKLY for my family as a Healthy Breakfast Bread. I cut the sugar in half, subtitute 1/2 to 3/4 of the flour with whole wheat flour and use applesauce instead of oil. It's STILL GREAT!

All-Day Meatballs
I am giving this recipe 5 stars because my 8 year old LOVED them. I followed the suggestion of others and used less milk. I also used brown sugar in place of white and used a little more sugar than the recipe called for. My husband and I loved them too. I will definately make them again.

Working Mom's Hamentashen
Very Easy and delicious. I did use a little extra water to get started, but also was generous with the flour on my rolling pin to keep the dough from sticking. I have never made Hamantashen before and I think these came out quite good.
