Italian Sausage Soup
I have made this soup several times and I am always pleased. As others suggested, I add some orzo. My family loves it and its great left over.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
My husband loves tilapia. This is his favorite. I add panko bread crumbs on the top. Delicious!

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
My family loved this recipe. I thought the mushrooms might be too much, but it was amazing. I didn't change a thing.
