Honey Wheat Bread II
Excellent ... I added 3 Tbsp of gluten, 1/4 Cup wheat germ, changed flour to 3 Cups wheat and remaining 3 Cups white.

Chocolate Mint Cookies I
AWESOME!!! I don't usually like chocolate cookies ... mint is so so ... but these are wonderful!! I followed the recipe exactly ... don't overmelt the butter (key), and they are beautiful and fluffy!!
