Grandma's Eggless, Butterless, Milkless Cake
Being a poor college student with limited resources, I decided to try this recipe. Driven by compulsion, I ate half of it.

Portuguese Sweet Rice
A very tasty and excellent textured rice pudding. It was almost perfect, except my rice didn't cook all the way through.

Apple Raisin Bread
I took this bread into work and it disappeared by the end of the day. Everyone loved it. Whats great about the bread is that it is loaded with so much good stuff that it gives you a real nutritional kick. Also I only had to bake it for 45 minutes.
