Peppy's Pita Bread
Used two cups whole wheat flour and one cup white flour. Also used olive oil instead of vegetable. Turned out very yummy!

Soft Sugar Cookies V
Great recipe. I would use less flour (3.5 C). I used lemon extract instead of vanilla and added 2 Tbs of poppy seads.

Green Chili Rice Casserole
Amazing! Worth the calories. I used light sour cream (not that it matters at this point) and it still tasted great. I had to cook it a little longer.
