Easy Alfredo Sauce II

Okay - melt some butter, add some half and half and then some shredded parmasean and a dash of pepper. It couldn't be any easier!

Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting

Very tasty - I only used half the amount of hot fudge (Smucker's special recipe) and 3 tablespoons half and half, and it tastes great!

I liked this recipe - it was super easy and tastes great. I added a little cumin, sesame seeds, pepper, rosemary, olive oil and sesame oil(next time I'll just put in 1/8 tsp)right to the mixture. I also left out the garlic and the salt.

Easy Apple Strudel

Yum, yum! I used two phyllo sheets instead and made one serving using one thinly sliced and peeled pink lady apple, a little brown sugar, little turbinado sugar, a dash of cinnamon and about 5 crumbled pecans. I cooked it for about 15 minutes at 400 degrees and it was perfect!
