Grilled Corn with Ancho Chile and Lime Butter

i kicked up the lime juice a bit and used chipolte pepper flakes instead of ancho because they are a bit smokier tasting and this was seriously amazing!

i don't eat shrimp but my family does and they adored this marinade. i also used it on veggie kabobs with red, yellow, and orange peppers, fresh pineapple chunks, and mushrooms. what a combo. they really are spicy.

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

i kicked up the lime a bit and used real garlic instead of powder and my family loved it! great for a healthy summer kabob.

Blue Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms with Grilled Onions

these are a fantastic appetizer. i added a bit of fresh chive and a tad of butter smooshed together with a bit of freshly ground pepper sprinkled on top.
