Cantina Pinto Beans
This was FABULOUS! I doubled the recipe and cooked it all at one time in my slow cooker for 10 hours on LOW. YUMMMY!!!! Oh, and of the 4 cans of tomatoes added, one of them was diced tomatoes and jalepeno's - this gave it the extra spice and kick I needed! Thanks!!!

Hot Chicken Wing Dip
Very tasty. Just like Buffalo Wings without the mess. I think 16 oz of cheese is a bit excessive. 8 oz was plenty for us, and I definitely didn't need to use the full 12 oz of hot sauce to give it a nice kick! I did about 7 oz of hot sauce and that made it a pretty spicy "medium" flavor. I also think that 1 pound of shredded chicken breast is too little. I used 1 1/2 pounds, but I think more like 3 pounds would make this dip PERFECT!

Christmas Creamy Egg Nog
I make this every holiday and absolutely LOVE it! You will never do store bought Egg Nog again! :)
