Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
This carrot cake was awesome! The whole family loved it. I substituted 1/2 cup of applesauce for 1/2 cup of oil... next time I think I'll only use a cup of applesauce and no oil. It was fantastic!
