This one is a tough call.
While the muffin has great flavor, full and rich, it is odd in how it bakes. I followed the recipe except increasing the baking powder to 2 1/2 tsp. I had loads of batter; too much for 12 muffins. But these went flat once it hit the heat. They did rise just a little. Once remove from the pan, they didn't hold their shape, kinda slumped over. The best part was that I had really huge blueberries, otherwise I have come across better recipes.
