Best Ever Chuck Wagon Chili
This was the first time I ever made chili, and I have to say it turned out pretty good. However, I did add a bit more habanero pepper because I like it hot, however it wasnt a great idea, as it turned out to be a little too hot. It was still really good though.

Fresh Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Lasagna
This lasagna is the best I have ever made or tasted. My boyfriend loves it too although he was skeptical at first because the recipe didn't include meat and lots of greasy cheese. I will definitly make this one again, as often as possible.

Zesty Chicken and Potatoes
This recipe was ok. The chicken was a little bland, and it the potatoes didnt seem like they were fully cooked. It was fairly easy to make though, so, I probably will make it again if I am in a hurry.
