I was looking for a basic eggless brownie recipe to change into a fat free version. This was perfect!! I used skim milk instead of the oil and it works GREAT. I under baked them alittle so the inside was soft and gooey.

Actually, my mom wanted me to try to copy Corner Bakery's DC chicken salad. I was looking for a base recipe when I found yours. Great recipe. I didn't have cranberries, so i subbed in some raisins and a fruit/nut mix of walnuts, almonds and cranberries (part of the premade mix). I also used Miracle Whip instead of mayo...just one a healthier note. To make it more DC chicken like, I added some chopped apples, skipped the green onions and peppers, and added some minced ginger. It was just like the real thing! (maybe even better)

This was almost like the pork they sell in Chinatown. I marinaded the pork overnight and hung it to cook in my oven. Using paperclips work really well. though i found it hard to baste the pork because it was hanging. The color didn't reflect it's great flavor...I guess that's why the professionals use food coloring.

I would have given it 5 stars because my parents and friends love these! they are slightly crisp around the edges and soft in the center. However, I took off one star because they were not as good as i expected. I didn't have chocolate chips on hand, so i used raisins and made a more traditional cookie. Also I added 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Overall, a great, no-fail recipe.

I was kinda surprised that they actually work! However, do make sure to grease the plate well...they stick like crazy. I found that using a vege peeler to slice the potatoes really help. It only took 3 minutes since they were so thin, and it makes sure that they will be crispy. I flavored mine with some popcorn seasoning. Old bay worked really well too.

I actually made this using 75% splenda and 25% real sugar. It turned out great. You can make meringues any flavor. I tried adding cocao powder or cinnamon. they're all very fluffy and filling with melt-in-your-mouth goodness

For such a simile recipe with simple ingredients, i was impressed with the results. However, the taste was alittle on the plain side. I didn't have graham crackers on hand, so i crushed some nilla wafers to substitute. In addition, i added some cinnamon to get the graham cracker taste. I was also too lazy to melt chocolate and dip each ball, so i rolled them in a variety of toppings: shredded coconut, nilla crumbs, cinnamon sugar. The balls were more candy like after 20 minutes of refridgeration.

This is my first time making an angel food cake. It turned out great! (even though i had to beat it by hand...that took a while) I didn't have a tube pan, so i baked it in a ordinary loaf pan. It worked just as well, i lowered the temperature to 350 and covered it for 10 towards the end. I also cut back on the sugar since some reviewers said it was too sweet. I used about 1 cup. YUM

I tried this recipe with ripe mangos and added juice and zest of a lime. It makes great pie filling!! Thanks so much

First, it's definently a pretty cookie. I chilled the dough for a few hours to help with the rolling. It was still alittle sticky, but i coated my fingers with some confectioner's sugar. I agree with some of the other reviewers, this cookie is more brownie like than cookie, but it tasted pretty good.

This is my first attempt at a peanut butter cookie. It turned out really yummy ^^ It wasn't too sweet and had the perfect peanuty taste. Very soft too. Thanks for the recipe!

It was a 5 star until I tasted it. The outer cookie was very bland...not much chocolate or peanut butter taste. The filling of pretty good, tasted like reeses filling. I read the other reviews about having too much filling, so i reduced it by 1/2 cup each of peanut butter and sugar. I found the cookie pretty easy to assemble. *don't refridgerate the cookie dough for too long, it'll get crumbly and hard to roll** I also baked mine in a small oven, they took exactly 7 minutes. Overall, the presentation was good, the idea is great, the taste it lacking.

The flavor of the fudge was really good, but, for some reason, it didn't set in the fridge. It was still too soft to cut after a night...i had to put it in the freezer to get it out of the pan. I love the taste, so i'd like to know what went wrong. (i followed the instructions exactly)

Great frosting! It's almost just what i was looking for. It tastes like a mix between whipped cream and marshmallow cream. I added some food color to use it for decoration. It's very easy to make and very yummy. ^^ i think i would add some other flavoring next time, like almond or chocolate. It's a wonderful basic recipe.

This bread looked very pretty when it was done. i followed the recipie except i halved it and used 1 cup milk instead of water. I didn't add much additional flour over the amount called for and the dough was very easy to work with. I must say, it doesn't taste as good as it looks. This is only my second time making bread, but my expectations for this was high. My parents loved it because they like the not sweet, not salty types of bread. But i thought it could use more honey and egg flavor...it was just lacking something since it tasted like ordinary white bread to me. Another change, i baked it in a loaf pan so it did take 40 minutes. I covered it after 20 minutes to prevent burning. Also, this bread tasted a lot more moist and much yummier the second day. Overall, it's a great basic recipie.

Very yummy! Though i did change it a bit. I thought the recipe called for alittle too much oil. I cut it down just a bit so the sauce wasn't as runny. It was a little on the sweet side, so i would suggest using less honey.

great tasting...but i kinda messed up on flipping the egg. make sure your heat's on med/low when you make this. i also added salt and pepper for taste. yummy

These were pretty good. The dough tasted a bit plain. but overall, it's worth a second try.

from all the reviews, i was a tiny bit dissapointed at the results...though it could have been due to the fact that i didn't add enough butter. Also, a tip: after rolling the bread, you can cut it into slices and then bake, it makes wonderful little snack bread things. looks really pretty ^^

i don't know what i did, but i followed the recipe. I had to mix a while longer to crush all the ice completely.
