These are good, not great, but good. I modified them to make them super healthy (Splenda instead of sugar, applesauce for oil, wheat flour, wheat germ, egg whites, skipped the cream cheese) and I added some extra spice (more cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove) to flavor. They came out a little tough and dry, so I think next time some nonfat, light vanilla yogurt is in order. But, for healthy muffins, these are pretty tasty.
