Chicken Tikka Masala
This recipe is awesome! I wish I would have read the reviews first, then I would have known the recipe is too salty (its only flaw). I would absolutely go with less salt (1 tsp should do it). It doesn't quite taste authentic, but it is still a really great recipe. I'm pretty sensitive to spicyness, so I used just a little cayenne and diced half of a serrano pepper. I decided to add a little more once a tasted the sauce. Serranos carry more bang for the buck, so if you really like spicy, try replacing these peppers instead. Cheers!!

Garlic Jelly
Mine came out horrible! I was so excited about making this recipe. About 1 minute after adding the pectin, the mixture turned green! I mean green as the grass green. I followed the rest of the recipe thinking that maybe cooking the mixture would remove the color. I don't know how it tastes. It may just taste wonderful, but I haven't been brave enough to try it (the color is really a turn off). The other reviews seem so good, I maybe just goofed (although the recipe seems pretty goof proof).

Macadamia Nut Chocolate Chip Cookies
Mmmmm, these were sooo good! I only used 2/3c nuts and that was enough. My family ate them up while they were still hot out of the oven. My cookies seemed to flatten out very nicely!!
