Glazed Meatloaf I
This was good, but I jazzed it up by adding chopped jalepenos and used crackers instead of bread. But the glaze and adding beef boullion as the recipe suggests really makes the meatloaf great!

Chicken Stew With Coconut Milk
I decided to cook this on the stovetop instead and it came out wonderfully. You can eat this with rice or by itself.

Green Chile Chicken Stew
Although the flavors were good, I had to add a lot of cornstarch and flour to get this to thicken up to be even close to calling it a stew.
