Puerto Rican Garlic Marinade
This is a wonderfully simple but outstanding recipe. I use it on chicken breasts and the thing that I love most is that I can make it last minute, marinade it for an hour then grill it up. Most marinades take anywhere from 6 hours to a day. So this is perfect for us!!

Buffalo Shrimp
This is such a great recipe, my mother who hates seafood liked it! For the sauce I used the recipe from this site for Restaurant Style Buffalo wings and served it on the side. It was wonderful!! I did cut down on the cayenne in the flour mixture by about half.

Marinated Flank Steak
This was a good recipe. I think it could've been 5 stars, but I only marinaded my meat, which was venison, for 6 hours. I think maybe with venison, I should've marinaded it for at least a day. I had a some let over because I didn't make much meat the first time, so I poured the rest over chicken breasts and let them marinade for 2+ days. They turned out WONDERFUL!! 5+ stars for that time!!!
