Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)
I second the advice to use ground cashews as the thickener -- yum! Another trick for making this a little healthier & cheaper is to use chickpeas in place of some of the chicken.

Sausage Minestrone
This soup is very tasty & not hard at all. Very thick - does fine with half the macaroni, or a little more broth.

Savory TMT Sandwich Filling
I'm relatively new to miso, so this was a great find! I loved the recipe the way it was, but for those who aren't as fond of the tofu flavor, I added 2 Tbsp of dijon mustard & a shake of rice vinegar to tang it up a little. (Can you verb tang?)
