I can't believe this simple recipe has eluded me for so long. Oh my, was it easy and delicious. I've always loved scrambled eggs, but every time I make them, they turn out overcooked and dry. These were perfect. Soft, fluffy, and a great flavor. I didn't use the water. And I took them out a little early, like the recipe said. Mmmmm.

I made this tonight and couldn't even finish eating what was on my plate. The yogurt and cream of chicken mixture should never be used with beef. I also had trouble rolling the tortillas. They all cracked. I won't make this again. Ever.

This is absolutely delicious, and fairly easy to make. I made it for Thanksgiving and it was definitely the tastiest dessert on the table. I can't wait to make it again for a Christmas party at work. The flavor is wonderful, and the pupkin is not too overpowering. I highly reccommend this.
