White Bean Chicken Chili
I would give this a million stars if I could. I few changes I made: I added a diced poblano chili with the onions and garlic. It added a nice dimension of flavor without being too spicy. I used one can of crushed tomatillos, a can of diced tomato with jalapeno, and one can of regular diced tomatoes. It was over the top delicious!!

Red River Beef Stroganoff
Really good! I used ground beef, and it was perfect. I did add one tablespoon of grainy mustard, and also a few cloves of chopped garlic. Really nice flavor, though it's not the prettiest dish around. :-)

Sauce Rosee
Really good flavor! We enjoyed it, but didn't like the crumbly/hard texture of the dried herbs in the smooth sauce. Next time, I'm going to use fresh herbs, and I think it will be a home RUN!
