My favorite dish to cook, is POZOLE w/ chicken. It is a mexican soup with hominy and chicken. Served with fresh veggies on the side to add as you like. It's best when you have fry bread to go with it. My sister makes the best fry bread!!!!!!

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII
I used chunk pineapple and more cherries! Beautiful and SOOOO delicious! A couple a friends said they want me to bake their birthday cakes! (months in advance!)

Artichoke Chicken
I work at an appliance store. Once a month a woman comes in to demonstrate a convection oven. She always uses recipes from allrecipes.com. Last month she cooked Artichoke Chicken. Everyone loved it. I tried it at home and it was just as delicious! Success at home!
