Lemon Garlic Tilapia
VERY yummy!!! I baked the fillets wrapped in tin-foil. I think that next time I'll add some more pepper, and maybe some paprika.

Chicken with Lemon Sauce
I made this last night for my honeyman, and we both loved it! My only complaint is that the oil / butter starts to burn if you cook more than 2 chicken breasts (unless you have a huge skillet, which I don't yet). But otherwise, it was fabulous! I'll definitely be making it again.
