I am a Travel Nurse but I love to cook and I do tend to get carried away when I do. I work very hard so when I do cook I cook a lot to last the week. I am interested in cooking healthy but I am from the south so that is always going to be a conflict for me. I love mediterranean style foods because my husband is from that area and he loves it too. Stuffed Grape Leaves and No Eggplant Moussaka are our special dishes. I also like to make salads and stews. My mothers lasagna and my grandmothers chicken and dumplings. When I am able to learn very difficult ethnic dishes like middle eastern, asian, and indian dishes. I feel like I can cook anything when those dishes come out well. Because I like to experiment I have had a lot of these but from my experimenting I have also had some genious outcomes!
