Chicken Milano
This was delicious! I used dried basil, added 1/2 diced onion and 1 diced tomato. It really was like it was made in a restaurant!

Gingerbread Men
I'm not sure how this dough is supposed to work, but mine was a bit of a mess. Initially, I followed the recipe exactly. It was really dry after mixing all of the ingredients. I added about 6 tbsp of water, one at a time, until it just pulled together. Refrigerating didn't seem to help it and it was crumbly as I rolled it out. The only reason that I'm giving this 3 stars is because my 3 year old loved them. They do have a nice, mild, gingerbread flavor that kids will find appealing. I will probably make these again next year for the kids, but I'll be checking to see if someone has come up with a solution to the dryness by then. It was a lot of work to get these ingredients to become cookies.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Super easy! I made this on the stove instead of the crock pot and it took 35 minutes from start to finish, including defrosting, cooking, and shredding chicken. I bought tortilla strips to put on top instead of making my own. My picky husband, who refuses to eat anything healthy, had two full bowls of this soup! I will add this to the dinner rotation!!
