Sky High Yorkshire Pudding
There are great. I did like some of the other reviews mention and added some salt to the egg and milk mixture. I have always used the Clubhouse mixes, but these were great. And really impressive looking. I placed my batter in a pyrex picture for easier transfer from mixing bowl to hot oil. This saved me time and mess. Thanks for this great recipe!

Meg's Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Although I'd like to, I couldn't give this recipe the full 5 star rating, since I took the advice from some of the other reviews. Here are the small tweaks I made: - 1 full cup more rolled oats - an extra teaspoon of vanilla - half all-purpose flour and half whole wheat - half dark brown sugar and half golden - baked them for only 15 minutes They turned out awesome, soft and chewy and lots of chocolate! This recipe is a keeper!

Spicy Oatmeal Cookies
At first glance when these came out of the oven, I was concerned that these would be dry and hard. They turned out to be moist in the middle and slightly crisp on the outside. Not the best looking cookie, but very tasty. I'll be adding these to our regular cookie jar repetoire.
