Mocha Bundt Cake
Finally a chocolate cake that doesn't taste of baking soda and is nice and fluffy like a chiffon cake! Bf said the coffee flavour is too strong but as this is a personal thing, I'm still giving this a 5-star! The only difference is that I used an angelfood cake tin as don't have a bundt. This cake should really change its name, it is more of a chiffon cake than a bundt.

Jan's Chocolate Cake
help!! I made this exactly as instructed, thinking that this would be a no-fail cake, and I was wrong! I don't know what I did wrong, as I said I followed everything written, can anyone tell me why it turned out sticky? It's thick and didn't raise much, and you can see it's so moist inside it's not even a cake, not even a brownie, it's just a hard dense block of black stuff! :( So disappointed~ someone please tell me what could cause this!

Cream Cheese Pound Cake I
oh man, this cake's so cool! I love the crusty bit, so nice and crunchy, just wished there's more crunchy bits :) All I substituted was the flour, I used pure flour instead, as I ran out of all-purpose, dunno what it's like with all-purpose but it turned out so nice and soft and fluffy, will make it again as a base of many things to come! Thanks for the recipe :)
