Maple Salmon
I didn't have any garlic cloves so I just used a tablespoon of garlic powder. My husband really liked this recipe but it was a little too sweet for me. I would make it again though.

Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations
I made the pineapple upside-down cake variation of the recipe. It was really good and easy to make. I used someone elses suggestion and used 1 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, also vegetable oil in place of shortening. The cake isn't as fluffy as box mixes, but it's still very good.

Banana Crumb Muffins
Very good! Moist and sweet. I followed the recipe exactly. The topping melted a little bit on some of the muffins, but it was so biggie.
