Butternut Squash Bisque
I loved this! It's a thick, filling soup - I didn't even need the heavy cream (which, better still, made this a healthy soup.) Definitely suggest baking the squash first, as previously suggested, as this makes cubing it simplier.

Chocolate Dipped Mocha Rounds
These are great cookies! Although they took a little effort to put together, they were fun, very tasty and perfect for a chocoholic like myself. Even those who weren't huge chocolate fans loved these cookies.
