Butternut Squash Bisque
This was 'meh' for me. Not spectacular but decent. I used fat free half & half instead of heavy cream. You want a squash that's about 3 lbs. A little bland, think this needs more spices. I won't be trying again, sorry.

Pumpkin Pie Bread
Very good. Used whole wheat flour instead of white, applesauce instead of oil. Cut sugar down to 2 1/2 C but next time I will try 2 C, it was plenty sweet. Cooked for 60 mins. Thanks.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce
Amazing. I didn't measure the cajun seasoning, I just sprinkled it on. I didn't have lemons so I sprinkled some lemon juice over the fish before I put it in the oven. The fish took exactly 20 mins to cook. The sauce was amazing on the fish, it is also very good with vegetables. I subbed plain nonfat yogurt for sour cream. I recommend this recipe. Thanks for the recipe.
