Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti
we loved it. I only had frozen unshelled shrimp which made it messy to eat, but no less yummy. I didn't have any lemon juice or parsley so I threw in some Italian seasoning and some crushed red pepper. This will be a regular shrimp dish.

Easy and Fast Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad
Yum. I bought Blue CHeese dressing by mistake, so I left out the parm cheese and added celery and garlic for a chicken wing salad.

Baked Ziti III
I make this all the time. Sometimes with sausage, sometimes with gr. beef, sometimes with no meat. I rarely use more than 1 C sour cream though. It is always a hit.
