WOW!! This deserves a 5 star plus!!! The salmon was absolutely fantastic! My father went fishing in Lake Michigan and so we had a lot of salmon to eat. We were going to try several recipes but never got past this one! I am not really a fan of spicy things but the amount of pepper in this is just right. We had it for dinner 2 times in one week and everyone went back for seconds! Highly recommended!!!

For me, the biggest surprise here is all the 5 stars this recipe has received. I thought these were way too sweet and very soggy. Almost inedible. We ended up eating cereal for dinner.

These eggs are truely amazing! I thought I knew how to make scrambled eggs (using milk) but these are fabulous! Moist, fluffy and delicious! I used Hellman's and followed the recipe exactly. Make sure to cook over LOW heat. Definitely a keeper!!!
